Shipping Coverage
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the United States (the continental United States).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, other U.S. territories, offshore islands, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases.
Free shipping is only available to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and small offshore islands). No services are provided to U.S. affiliated islands.
Order Processing & Handling
Order Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. and Chinese public holidays) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is calculated in business days only and does not include weekends or public holidays in China or the United States.
Shipping & Transit Time
Transit Time (Business Days):
After dispatch, standard international shipping to the continental United States generally takes 14–17 business days, depending on carrier schedules and customs clearance procedures. Transit time is calculated in business days and does not include weekends or public holidays.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Business Days):
The total estimated delivery time is approximately 15–20 business days, including order processing and transit. This timeframe is calculated in business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, peak seasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping services. If additional shipping options (such as express delivery) become available in the future, corresponding delivery times and shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
We use FedEx or equivalent international logistics partners as our shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
Free Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping applies only to orders delivered within the continental United States (48 contiguous states). No minimum purchase amount is required. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, offshore islands, or military addresses, as we do not ship to these locations.
Taxes & Duties
Import Duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped internationally from China to the United States. International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments must be paid when the goods arrive in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.
Hoiwinans does not collect, set, or control these fees. Such charges are not paid to Hoiwinans. They are assessed and collected by the government of the destination country in accordance with its import and export regulations.
The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes. Payment of these charges may be required before delivery can be completed. We recommend reviewing your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Requirements
Address Changes:
Before your order is shipped, you may request to change the shipping address by contacting our customer support. Once your order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Signature Confirmation:
Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders to ensure safe delivery.
Address Accuracy:
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Hoiwinans is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues

Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us promptly. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Supporting photos may be required for verification.
